Principle

This website provides information on EECP therapy. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and contains no contact forms. No health data is collected or processed via this website.

Server log data

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany (processing on our behalf under Art. 28 GDPR). When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical access data (including IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type) that is required to deliver and secure the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log data is deleted after a short time and is not combined with other data.

Map display

For the location map we use the MapLibre GL library (hosted locally) and load map tiles from OpenFreeMap (data: OpenStreetMap). Only when the map area becomes visible does your browser retrieve the tiles from the provider's server; for technical reasons, your IP address is transmitted in the process (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, interest in a privacy-friendly map display without Google services).

Contacting us

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process your details to handle your enquiry and to arrange appointments (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). For the treatment itself, the practice's privacy information applies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in Berlin: Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information).
